KNOW GOD
We consider reaching people who do not know God personally to be one of our greatest responsibilities. Our Sunday services are for people at all stages in their spiritual journey but are primarily designed for those who do not yet have a genuine relationship with God. When we Know God, we are complete and will be recipients of His Abundant Life. “The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.” JOHN 10:10 “And we know that the Son of God has come and has given us an understanding, that we may know Him who is true; and we are in Him who is true, in His Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God and eternal life.” 1 JOHN 5:20 We encourage you to take the First Step and “Know God” if you don’t know Him as your Lord and Savior yet. Join us for a Sunday Service, we promise you that you will experience His Presence in a powerful way, and you will have the opportunity to Know Him more than you ever have. We hope to see you Sunday!
FIND FRIENDS
We believe life change happens in the context of relationships. God never meant for us to do life alone. We are called to encourage & sharpen one another. We believe life is much better when you are surrounded by friends. Small Groups have one simple purpose: to provide a place to find and make friends. God created us to live in community with others, and it is only then that we can experience the full life He intends for us. We encourage everyone to find some friends by trying out some small groups. We are sure that there are many new friends just waiting for you. “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.” PROVERBS 27:17 “A man who has friends must himself be friendly…” PROVERBS 18:24
BE THE BEST YOU
Our third step on you Spiritual Journey is to get you to “Be the ‘Best You’”. God made you special and unique with a purpose. You can become the “Best You” when you discover and fulfill your God-given purpose. “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.” JEREMIAH 29:11 “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.” JEREMIAH 5:11 The Bible tells us that God made us with a design, an assignment, and a purpose. For Jeremiah, he was called to be a Prophet (one who speaks on behalf of God). So too, God has a call on our life. When we accept that call, we can discover His Plan to fulfill that “Call”. We believe God has an abundant life awaiting you, all we have to do is take the Next Step. It’s time for you to “Be the Best You!”
JOIN THE PARTY
Everyone enjoys a good Party. At Celebration, “Joining the Party” is our last of 4 Steps. What party are we speaking of? The Celebrations that take place daily and weekly in church and in our homes with people being saved, restored, and valued. We know that families like to celebrate things like birthdays, graduations, anniversaries and many other events. How much more should we celebrate someone’s first birthday being born again? “Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repents.” (Luke 15:10) The Bible says there is a celebration in heaven when one person make Jesus Lord of their lives. So at Celebration we are just bringing the party taking place in heaven to here on earth as well. And you are an invited guest to this party, you accept that invitation when you join the team. We call that “team” here at Celebration the “Dream Team.” It’s the “Dream Team” because it’s the team that God Dreams of, His Church doing His Will together. We can’t wait for you to Join the Party! “I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase. So then neither is he that planteth any thing, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase. Now he that planteth and he that watereth are one: and every man shall receive his own reward according to his own labour.” (1 Cor 3:6-8)
